Job Description

Robotic Process Automation Developer:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to design, build and operate automated processes, primarily using Microsoft Power Automate, with secondary experience in Automation Anywhere. The role includes administering these platforms as enterprise services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and product development, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.

Analyze and map business processes to identify automation opportunities.

Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and platforms.

Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for efficiency and reliability.

Administer Power Automate environments through the Power Platform Admin Center and Automation Anywhere Control Room.

Monitor and maintain RPA platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation environments.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align automations with business needs.

Provide support and maintenance for existing automation solutions.

Required Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in RPA development, with proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.

Strong scripting skills in languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or .NET.

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and integration with other systems.

Knowledge of administering Power Automate and Automation Anywhere platforms.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer or Automation Anywhere.

Experience with AI Builder, Process Advisor, and Microsoft Dataverse.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Knowledge of BPM platforms, like Pega, a strong plus.

**Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries**

	- Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality requirements

	- If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues to TA & SES

	- Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions

	- Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner

	- Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business

	- Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations

	Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLA’s

**Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client**

	- Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge

	- Collate trainings to be conducted as triage to bridge the skill gaps identified through interviews with the Production Specialist

	- Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products for production specialist as per target

	- Inform client about the triages being conducted

	- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates

	- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations

	- Identify and document most common problems and recommend appropriate resolutions to the team

	- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
