Play a constructive role as a senior procurement leader
Key contributor to the delivery of the business financial targets
Account delivery management for procurement specialists in nearshore delivery
Demonstrate thought leadership, Relationship management with Stakeholder management
Setting out procurement strategy and ensuring it is aligned to the needs of the client business
Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, problem solving, organization, documentation and process management skills
Solid understanding of a high availability mission-critical sourcing projects. Ability to create and manage Operational processes and procedures.
Align with the client governance structure that comprises comprehensive, coherent processes and communications
Excellent analytical ability to assess project stage and come up with solutions/next action items suitable to the project’s goal
Driving change, continuous improvement and innovation throughout Source to Pay cycle
Experience in driving next gen solution in sourcing and procurement
Collaboratively working with cross-functional client teams and implement best practices in Sourcing and procurement
Drivee procurement level initiatives including improvements to working capital, guided buying, sustainability,
Created strategies to deliver targeted client commercial benefits
Manage senior level stakeholders, strategy, or decision by bringing strong market insights
Deliver against and improve upon key client objectives of cost, service, quality, and other targets
Key KRAs Required:
In depth knowledge of sourcing & Procurement management processes and best practices.
Strong working skills in a client-facing environment
Spend Strategy, Savings & Transformation competencies
Data analytics, Exposure to Automation tools (RPA, Cognitive buying & AI)
Maintain regular communication and feedback approach with the client.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
Excellent communication and follow up skills

Expert in purchase and sourcing processes

Skills (Must Have)
Bachelor’s Degree 12-15+ years’ experience in sourcing and procurement, Master Data management or related field
Outstanding procurement competencies within Indirect and direct spend
Excellent Leadership experience in a matrixed, multi-national environment
Global delivery experience handling international markets
Drive and deploy account/ project delivery structure by evaluating the budget, costs, risks and staffing requirement
Ensure 100% compliance with Project SLA’s, information security protocols including all of customer’s contractual obligations
Ensure adherence to program/ project charter in terms of schedule, quality, efforts and cost
Drive account health across projects by conducting periodic cadence with the quality team to take proactive measures to resolve issues/ possible escalations
Collaborate and influence internal key stakeholders to ensure fulfillment, technology support and flawless delivery of projects
Engage with client stakeholders to identify opportunities to deploy multiple solutions within/ across service lines to create a stronger value proposition for client and enhance share of business
Conduct regular customer connects (meetings/ visits) and Management Review Meetings with client management/engagement managers to understand customer’s current and future needs and seek feedback to improve delivery methodology/ timelines/ resource allocation
Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with the client management/ leadership team to drive improvement actions and mine for a new portfolio/ opportunity within the account
Drive delivery transformation with client engagement managers to adapt to new delivery models and instill new ways of working in customer organization Advanced/Expert knowledge of sourcing and contract negotiation
Advanced/Expert knowledge market competition, consumer trends, industry trends and technology innovation
Strong negotiator
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Good working ability with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience of electronic procurement tools e.g. SAPAriba/ Oracle/ COUPA/ Ariba
