Job Description

Role and Responsibilities -

Plan, architect, formulate designs and continually enhance Network & Edge security technologies

Installing, administering, Upgrade and troubleshooting network security products (Checkpoint Firewall, F5 Load

balancer, Zscaler and Cisco Firewall)

Lead incident response activities, including investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts.

Develop, maintain, and update Firewall Management Process and Policies.

Oversee intrusion detection and prevention systems to proactively identify and mitigate threats.

Provide guidance and training to staff on security awareness and best practices.

Troubleshooting and handling escalated tickets like P1 and P2

Maintaining documentation of firewall configurations, policies, and procedures.

Responding to security incidents, performing troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Good knowledge of Routing protocols like RIP, OSPF & static routing

Should have excellent communication

Should be flexible for rotational shifts, working hours and good team player.

Role Qualifications -

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in firewall management process and policies,

information security and cybersecurity.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of technical information security measures including Application Security,

Cloud Security and Security Automation.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
