About the Role:
Client Services Administration plays an integral role in ensuring that Servaada provides award-winning service. It is currently made up of five teams, each of which process high volumes of instructions ensuring all work is completed right first time, every time.
The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, providing an excellent opportunity to gain significant experience and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service – Provide award-winning administrative support to Financial Adviser firms migrating and bringing new business

Accuracy – Maintain accuracy and accountability in an expanding and fast-paced environment

Teamwork – Recognise the importance of working together as a team to maximise team, department, and company results
-
Knowledge - Achieve and actively maintain skills and knowledge of the financial services industry. Focus on sharing knowledge and skills to continue to develop the team and its effectiveness

Development - Develop new processes and challenging existing ones to maximise efficiency and accuracy. Focus on personal development to achieve industry and career progression

Rules and Regulations – Utilise awareness of FCA regulations and the risks involved within the financial services industry to adhere to company procedures. Working within the relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to exceed industry-standard expectations

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
-
Good academic record.
-
Computer literate (Outlook, Word and Excel).
-
Good attention to detail.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
-
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Desirable:
-
Have Wrap platform knowledge and/or experience.
-
Have a Financial Services qualification (E.g. IOC or CII).
-
Understand Model Portfolios.
-
Have a high-level understanding of trading (this role does not involve trading but having a high-level understanding would be beneficial).
