Job Description

Position: Senior Production Support

Location: Atlanta, GA

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Application Support or Product Support within a production environment.

• Strong understanding of Payment Gateway processes (authorization, settlement, reconciliation) and related transaction flows.

• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server) for complex query writing and debugging.

• Experience with Unix/Linux scripting and administration; basic understanding of Windows Server environments.

• Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools such as Splunk, App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog.

• Basic working knowledge of AWS.

• Hands-on experience with Service Now or other ITSM tools for incident, change, and problem management and Jira.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical teams.

• Proven ability to work in a multi-functional, cross-team environment with global collaboration.
