Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and visionary AI leader to design and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning, and related technologies. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with architectural leadership and the ability to drive innovation across teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:͏

• Architect, design, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large/Small Language Models (LLMs/SLMs).

• Build and optimize intelligent backend systems integrating AI/ML capabilities with modern cloud and distributed platforms.

• Develop and deploy advanced solutions using RAG, Graph RAG, Lang Chain, and vector databases.

• Drive data strategy and ensure efficient data management, processing, and retrieval to support AI workloads.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, standards, and technical roadmaps.

• Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in AI system design, coding, and performance optimization.

• Stay at the forefront of AI and ML research trends, applying emerging technologies to enhance business value and solution performance.

• Ensure end-to-end solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:͏

• Strong foundation in AI/ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and model optimization techniques.

• Expertise in Python, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Py Spark).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern MLOps practices.

• Solid understanding of statistics, data structures, and scalable system design.

• Proven experience in leading AI solution architecture and delivery at scale.
