About the role

Wipro’s **Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS)**practice enables organizations to strengthen cyber resilience, manage risk, and securely transform their digital and cloud environments. CRS supports clients in translating their security and risk vision into reality through deep domain expertise, solution architecture, and outcome‑focused execution.

This is a position within the CRS practice, focused on solutioning, architecture, and subject‑matter expertise across enterprise security domains.

Role Scope & Accountability:

Security Solutioning & Architecture Ownership

  • Own solution design and architecture for CRS engagements across allocated accounts or regions.

  • Translate customer security, risk, and compliance requirements into end‑to‑end CRS solution blueprints.

  • Define target‑state security architectures across Enterprise IT, Cloud, Digital, and IoT/OT environments.

  • Support large, complex security programs through hands‑on solutioning and technical leadership.

Client Advisory & Engagement Support

  • Act as a trusted CRS Subject Matter Expert for client stakeholders, including CxO and CxO‑1 leaders.

  • Participate in executive discussions, steering committees, and design forums to shape security transformation journeys.

  • Work closely with client teams to identify risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure solution designs are aligned to regulatory, operational, and business objectives.

Bid, Presales & Transition Solutioning

  • Lead solutioning and architecture for large bids and proposals related to CRS programs.

  • Own technical response inputs across RFPs, proposals, and solution presentations.

  • Collaborate with delivery and transition teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and smooth rollout (e.g., SOC transitions, security platform deployments).

  • Support end‑to‑end bid lifecycle from solution conception through transition readiness.

Internal Collaboration & Value Proposition Development

  • Work in virtual, global teams to develop and refine CRS value propositions and solution frameworks.

  • Collaborate with account, delivery, alliance, and technology teams to align solutions with the broader Wipro portfolio.

  • Support cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities through solution‑led engagement, not sales ownership.

  • Represent CRS solutioning perspectives in internal governance, resolver groups, and review forums.

Quality, Outcomes & Client Satisfaction

  • Ensure solution designs meet agreed service quality, security, and delivery standards.

  • Support delivery teams in meeting client expectations and achieving strong CSAT outcomes.

  • Maintain accountability for solution integrity across the engagement lifecycle.

Thought Leadership & Evangelization

  • Evangelize CRS solutions and security architectures internally and externally.

  • Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, articles, and other thought leadership assets.

  • Represent CRS capabilities at industry forums, client events, and professional networks.
