Job Description

Workday Technical:

  • EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio,XSLT 3.0

Workday Functional:

  • Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Architecture, Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications

  • (MUST)Exposure to Configurations: Configure Workday modules (Time tracking, Payroll) to align with client workflows.

  • Advanced hand-on process with Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processes

  • Strong Understanding of building, maintaining and interpreting Security Group Permissions.

Time & Absence Requirements

  • Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications

  • Advanced hand-on experience with time-off plan configuration including complex accruals, carryovers, shadow plans and touchpoints with leaves and time tracking.

  • Advanced hands-on experience with leave configuration including balance periods, cascading leaves, intermittent leaves, and complex eligibility and validation rules.

Payroll Requirements

  • Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications

  • Workday Payroll processing knowledge including calculation, complete, and settle steps

  • Experience with building payroll components (Earnings, Deductions, Account Posting Rules, Run Categories, Payment Election Rules)
