Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Linux Administration, Service Now, Git, Scripting & Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Good to Have Skills

Jenkins, Azure DevOps, VMware Aria Automation, Cloud Automation (Azure/AWS), AIOps Tools, REST APIs

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
• Build and support Ansible playbooks and Terraform modules
• Automate server provisioning, patching, compliance and operational tasks
• Integrate automation solutions with Service Now and monitoring platforms
• Troubleshoot automation failures and provide production support
• Participate in Incident, Change and Problem Management processes
• Support transition, transformation and automation roadmap activities
• Work in 24x7 managed services environment supporting operational SLAs
