Role Overview

Wipro Innovation Network (WIN) Labs is seeking a dynamic leader to build and scale our Embodied AI (Robotics) Practice — driving both innovation and customer impact. This role combines strategic direction, portfolio ownership, and technical leadership to shape how AI interacts with the physical world through robotics, sensors, and simulation. The ideal candidate will define priorities, identify customer opportunities, and convert emerging technologies into deployable, revenue-generating solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define the Practice Vision & Roadmap: Set strategy, focus areas, and success metrics for the Embodied AI portfolio.

Prioritize High-Impact Initiatives: Identify and execute projects that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Lead Innovation Programs: Build simulation and digital twin pipelines; co-train AI models with robotic systems in real-world contexts.

Drive Customer Engagement: Partner with clients to identify automation and co-bot opportunities across industries (manufacturing, logistics, facilities).

Deliver Business Growth: Support GTM efforts, solution demos, and proof-of-value programs with strategic customers.

Build and Mentor Teams: Develop multi-disciplinary talent in AI, robotics, and simulation technologies.

Strengthen Ecosystem Partnerships: Collaborate with OEMs, research labs, and hyperscale’s to accelerate solution development.

Skills & Experience

Strong background in AI/ML, robotics, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, ROS2, Gazebo, Unity ML-Agents).

Proven experience leading AI-driven robotics or physical automation initiatives.

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance innovation and delivery.

Demonstrated success in customer-facing solutioning and business growth.

Excellent leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background

Master’s/Ph.D. in Robotics, AI, or related field.

Experience in consulting, product innovation, or enterprise AI delivery.
