Role Overview

  • The Technology Consultant
  • Innovation Lab will spearhead innovation initiatives for large deal opportunities, define the technological posture, and drive innovative propositions that create measurable impact for clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to influence technology roadmaps at the client level.

Core Responsibilities͏

  • Lead innovation initiatives aligned with large deal opportunities.

  • Define and articulate the organisation’s technological posture for sector-specific engagements.

  • Drive the creation and delivery of innovative propositions that differentiate our offerings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of innovation strategies.

  • Influence client technology strategy and roadmaps to embed innovation as a key differentiator.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Quantifiable impact on the client’s business landscape through innovation.

  • Number and success rate of innovative propositions delivered.

  • Contribution to large deal wins and overall revenue growth.

Required Skill Set

  • Client-Facing Expertise: Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and driving outcomes in complex environments.

  • Frontier Technology Knowledge: Deep understanding of emerging technologies with architectural oversight capabilities.

  • Large Deal Experience: Demonstrated success in navigating and influencing large deal outcomes.

  • Strategic Influence: Ability to shape technology strategy and roadmaps at the client level.

  • Soft Skills: Strong team player, adept at influencing decisions beyond formal reporting structures.
