Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

 IBM Web Sphere Application Administrator, around 5-6 Years of experience

 Administration of IBM Web Sphere Product Line i.e., Web Sphere Application Server, IHS

 Web Sphere Application Server Installation, resource configuration, deployment of applications, patch installation, Integration

 Performance tuning and log analysis, Heap dump analysis

 Handled WAS Upgrade

 Knowledge of Shell scripting as required for operation support

 Managing Maximo Admin role will be an added advantage
