Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to develop minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that meet and exceed client’s expectations and add value to business.

Position: AI/ML engineer

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines, to improve response accuracy and relevance.

• Develop and iterate prompting strategies using techniques like in-context learning, chain-of-thought, and few-shot learning.

• Build, evaluate, and improve ML/DL modes with a strong focus on NLP and generative AI use cases.

• Conduct model performance analysis, error analysis and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with AI Engineers and product teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

• Support end-to-end AI solution lifecycle from experimentation to production readiness.

SKILLS: BSc/MSc in machine learning or a related field. 3+ years of industry/academic experience in ML. Hands-on experience in implementing LLMs, and DL
