Required Technical Skills:

• Service Now (incident and performance analytics)

• MSSQL and SQL scripting

• Windows Server administration

• Integration monitoring and troubleshooting

• Understanding of SCADA, OMS, DMS systems and their integration within ADMS.

• Familiarity with real-time grid operations, load flow analysis, and fault location isolation and service restoration (FLISR).

• Knowledge of GIS integration and network model management.

• Experience with metering systems, distribution transformers, and substation automation.

• Awareness of utility business processes such as outage management, crew dispatch, and asset tracking.

• Exposure to IEC standards (e.g., IEC 61850, IEC 61970/61968)

• Power Automate (workflow automation)

• Share Point (document management and collaboration)

• Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and reporting)

• Kibana (log analysis and visualization)

• Performance Analytics in Service Now
