OS with Microsoft Intune:

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled macOS Endpoint Management Engineer to manage Apple devices end-to-end using Microsoft Intune. The role requires strong hands-on experience with macOS enrollment (ADE), configuration & compliance policies, app packaging (PKG/DMG), scripting, and deep understanding of Apple enterprise controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage macOS devices end-to-end using Microsoft Intune
• Configure and support:
• Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
• Configuration profiles & compliance policies
• Package, deploy, and maintain macOS applications using PKG/DMG
• Manage Company Portal apps and assignments using Intune filters
• OS version, device model, Apple Silicon
• Deploy and support enterprise applications:
• Microsoft Office/MAU, Netskope, Crowd Strike, Global Protect, Zoom, Chrome, Citrix Workspace, Webex
• Implement and manage Apple security controls:
• PPPC/TCC, File Vault, Bootstrap Token, System Extensions
• Write and maintain bash/zsh scripts for automation and remediation
• Troubleshoot issues across:
• Intune deployment status, Company Portal, macOS logs, VPN/network dependencies
• Collaborate with Security, IAM, and Support teams

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for macOS
• Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem:
• ABM/ASM, MDM basics, PPPC/TCC, File Vault
• App packaging experience (PKG/DMG)
• Strong bash/zsh scripting skills
• Familiarity with Azure Entra ID, group assignments, and Conditional Access
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Good to Have

• Defender for Endpoint on macOS
• Jamf Pro exposure or migration experience
• Apple / Microsoft certifications (MD‑102, Apple, Jamf)
