As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and comanage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

PR2PO Buyer Responsibilities:

• Purchasing tasks from the receipt of the Purchase Requisition (PR) through to placing Purchase Order (PO);

• Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX/Contracts) expedites;

• Manage exceptional transactions;

• SLA & overall deliverables management;

• Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality;

• Maximizing usage of both group and local contracts;

• Assisting to generate savings.

SQM Buyer Responsabilities:

• Support to Supplier
• Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award;

Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch;

Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform

PR2PO Buyer Required Skills and Experience:

• Good English % French /Spanish language skills, written and conversational;

• BPO Experience of 2-3 years minimum in Procurement operations;

• Procurement exposure would be beneficial (with multiple industry experience);

• Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;

• Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.

SQM Buyer Required Skills and Experience:

Good French and English language skills, written and conversational;

Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;

Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;

Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;

Exposure to procurement operations;

Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;
