Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

Job Description:

• Handson Experience of at least 3 years and exposure is MUST in services such as Informatica – Cloud data governance and Catalog (CDGC), Metadata Command Center (MCC), Admin Console.

Technical hands-on expertise in Metadata Ingestion , Metadata Model, Technical lineage, API Integration , Integrating Data Quality metrics in CDGC , in-depth knowledge in Metadata model hands-on in CDGC, SQL Backend,

Good to Have : CLAIRE service exposure, Python, AI engines
