Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and optimize smart contracts and blockchain-based systems for stablecoin & Tokenization issuance,crypto trading platforms, and cross-chain interoperability. You will work closely with architects, product managers, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Smart Contract Development:

• Build and deploy smart contracts for stablecoin lifecycle (minting, burning, redemption).

• Implement DEX/CEX trading logic, liquidity pools, and automated market-making (AMM) strategies.

• Blockchain Integration:

• Integrate with multiple blockchains (Ethereum, L2s, Cosmos SDK, Solana) and cross-chain bridges.

• Develop APIs and SDKs for wallet, custody, and trading services.

• Security & Testing:

• Apply secure coding practices, conduct unit/integration tests, and support external audits.

• Implement oracle integrations (price feeds, proof-of-reserves) with fallback mechanisms.

• Performance Optimization:

• Optimize gas usage, transaction throughput, and latency for high-frequency trading scenarios.

• Collaboration:

• Work with compliance teams to embed KYC/AML and Travel Rule flows.

• Partner with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Skills:

• 5+ years in software development, 3+ years in blockchain (Ethereum, EVM, or Cosmos).

• Strong proficiency in Solidity and/or Rust; experience with Hardhat/Foundry or Anchor.

• Deep understanding of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-4626) and upgradeable contracts.

• Trading & De Fi Knowledge:

• Experience with DEX protocols, liquidity pools, and smart order routing.

• Security:

• Familiarity with reentrancy, overflow/underflow, access control, and formal verification tools.

• Other:

• Knowledge of oracles, MPC wallets, and custody solutions.

• Exposure to compliance frameworks (MiCA, FATF) is a plus.

• Experience with IBC, Layer Zero, or other interoperability protocols.

• Familiarity with MEV mitigation, gas optimization, and rollup architectures.

• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
