Job Description

Role: EDI QA

Required Qualifications (Must Have for EL4 QA)

6+ years of QA / Testing experience in enterprise systems

Strong, hands-on experience with test automation tools (AccelQ or equivalent)

Proven ability to lead and scale automated testing efforts

Advanced SQL expertise for complex data validation and reconciliation

Strong experience testing healthcare platforms (claims preferred)

Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Preferred / Value Add Skills

Experience leading QA efforts for large system migrations

Strong understanding of claims adjudication and EDI flows (837 / 834)

Experience with performance and integration testing

Familiarity with Rally / Jira for test and defect management

Ability to mentor and uplift QA team capability

QA Expectation

EL4 QAs are expected to lead quality outcomes, not just execute test cases.

Automation expertise is non-negotiable for this role.
