Middleware

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

• Support the Web Middleware Technology Team in onboarding new applications using Chef and CI/CD pipelines and work on lifecycle management of SSL certificates.

• Assist the development team in repairing the applications for Tomcat issues.

• Designing, developing, and deploying the applications by utilizing Chef, Ansible, Jenkins and GitLab within a robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

• Orchestrating the seamless installation and configuration of middleware software systems for the smooth integration and operation

• Version Control Systems: Atlassian Bitbucket, GitHub.

• Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat Open Shift.

• Application Servers: IBM Web Sphere, Apache Tomcat, Redhat JBoss EAP.

• Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Chef, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible.

• Cloud Computing Platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google cloud, Azure.

• Build and Dependency Management: Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.

• Streaming Platform: Apache Kafka.

• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Ansible.

• Operating Systems and Scripting: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Bash Shell script, Java Script and Python.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
