Job Description

Location and Work Mode:

• Work week starting from Monday

• Friday OR Thursday- Sunday

• Hybrid module of work from Warsaw or Gdansk – 4 days from the office

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed test plans for web based and device-based applications/features (social media applications (Family of Apps) and their software features).

• Develop detailed test cases/test suits for the application features, change requests and new biz requirements

• Execute test cases to test new features, changes, defects regression and new releases.

• Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms (mobile, desktop based).

• Identify, isolate, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and logs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage issues and verify fixes.

• Maintain test environments and manage test data for repeatable validation.

• Test suite and defect log maintenance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in software/hardware testing or QA roles.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.

• Experience in test management, defect management activities and related tools

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, pytest).

• Good understanding of application management processes – Software development, DevOps, deployments, quality assurance

• Familiarity with social media applications, platforms and media is highly desirable.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Experience working with cross functional teams and stakeholders (biz, dev, infra, security etc)

Good to have Skills:

• Experience with social media application testing

• Knowledge of social media application features, system integrations

• Comfort working in fast-paced, experimental environments.
