Key Responsibilities (D365 Lead Technical Architect)

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power BI, Experlogic Smartflow, Azure Service Bus, PCF Controls, Canvas Apps, and Plugins.
• Build and customize CRM functions, onboarding workflows, and sales/service automation processes.
• Develop custom pages, widgets, and UI components for enhanced user experience.
• Implement data mapping, file upload automation, and URL redirections.
• Integrate Azure Functions, APIs, and Function Apps for scalable solutions.
• Lead **migration projects (.NET/VNet)**and contribute to hyperscaler journey building.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of business requirements.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Candidate Profile must have Hands on Exp.

• Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Power Platform.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Experience in workflow automation, CRM customization, and data integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• For senior role : proven track record of Technical Architectural Designs, leading projects, mentoring teams, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
