Ops Lead Engineer:

Location: Pune & Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Citi standard tools.

· Enable automated testing, integration, and deployment workflows for rapid delivery cycles.

· Configure and maintain orchestration tools like Open Shift, ECS etc.

· Work closely with development & QA teams to ensure smooth integration & alignment across the development lifecycle.

· Automate repetitive tasks with scripting for legacy platforms.

· Optimise resource utilisation and reduce costs while maintaining high performance and, up time.

· Establish best practices for managing vulnerability scanning, compliance checks and secure configurations.

· Implement Citi standard tools for Observability and monitoring applications.

Must have skills:

· 8+ years relevant experience as DevOps Engineer.

· Experience with Programming languages such as Java, Python

· Experience with Databases like SQL Server, Sybase etc.

· Good understanding of Infra as Code.

· Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, u Deploy, Tekton, and Harness

· Experience in managing hybrid & cloud infrastructure.
