Sr Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer onboarding and KYC documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Verify client information through internal and external sources.

• Update customer records and internal systems accurately and within defined timelines.

• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential risks and escalate appropriately.

• Conduct KYC due diligence in line with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

• Understand and apply global KYC, AML, and Compliance standards.

• Support periodic reviews, remediation activities, and ongoing customer due diligence processes.

• Maintain high standards of data quality and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, PEP, and Sanctions concepts.

• Good analytical and decision-making capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Basic understanding of banking and financial services.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAMI Certification preferred.

Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client

Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates

• Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations

• Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client

• Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
