Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Sail Point Identity Now (IDN/ISC) solutions.

• Build and extend integrations between Sail Point IDN and enterprise systems using REST APIs.

• Automate identity lifecycle tasks: provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlement management.

• Onboard applications and manage connectors within Sail Point.

• Implement Cyber Ark integrations for privileged access management.

• Monitor and optimize API performance and troubleshoot integration issues.

• Collaborate with security and development teams to align IAM solutions with compliance policies.

• Create technical documentation and user guides.

Required Skills:

• Sail Point Identity Now (IDN) development experience.

• RESTful APIs, Postman, scripting (Python, Java, JavaScript).

• OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID, LDAP, Active Directory.

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.

• CI/CD, Terraform, Jira, Service Now.

• Identity lifecycle and access management concepts.

• Preferred:

• Sail Point Certification (e.g., Identity Now Implementation Engineer).

• Experience with Cyber Ark and other IAM tools.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
