• Required skillsets: HCM Cloud modules like Core HR.

• Technical Required skillsets: HCM Extracts (Inbound/Outbound Interfaces), BI Publisher Reports, SQL, PLSQL, Module based Fast Formulas.

• Data Conversion Required skillsets: Data conversions tools HDL, PBL.

• Optional skillsets: Taleo Recruit, Taleo Learn, Payroll.

• Experience: 5 to 8 years’ experience.

• Strong Technical expertise is required (80% Technical, 20% Functional)

• Healthcare provider background, nice to have with good understanding on Health Systems, Clinical Operations etc.,
