Mandatory Skills

• IT / Application Support: 2–5+ years of onsite desktop, site, or field support experience

• Application Support: Hands‑on support for enterprise applications (e.g., Slack, Box, Webex, productivity tools)

• End‑User Support: Strong walk‑up / in‑person support experience with customer‑first mindset

• Operating Systems: Working knowledge of macOS

• Onboarding Support: Day‑1 user readiness, hardware setup, account/access verification

• VIP Support: Experience handling executive / VIP users with professionalism and discretion

• Communication:

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Fluent Japanese (mandatory)

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• iOS troubleshooting experience

• AV / conference room / video conferencing support (Cisco, Webex, etc.)

• Prior Apple Retail / Genius Bar / premium customer support experience

• Experience acting as Smart Hands for escalated infrastructure or network issues
