Mainframe Developer:

5+ Years experience.

Detailed JDWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and project managers.

Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing.

Prepare technical documentation and support user training as needed.

Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, and DB2.Proficient in mainframe tools such as TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and File-AID.Experience with version control tools like Endevor or Changeman.

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
