**Wipro,**a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company is looking for your talent to join into one of our projects as an **Subject Matter Expert (SME). **

This position belongs to the Business Process Solutions (BPS) area of the company.

R͏esponsibilities

• Obtain shipping info and doc set for each order

• Stock availability and delivery creation for material

• Inventory Analysis

• Tracking and fixing shipping errors

• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary

• Work with our freight forwarder to insure timely shipment clearance and delivery to our customers or Warehouse

• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy

• Material local purchasing

• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels

• Administer day-to-day activities associated with imports in accordance with the existing procedures and business rules

R͏equirements

Team support

Driving by goals ( SLA, KPI’s)

Update Clients request weekly and monthly

Research ideal shipping, routing and carriers

Analysis for Improvement and deep understanding of product

Handle client daily and weekly calls.

Accelerate response times.

Location:

Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Type of work:

Hybrid.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Salary:

Up to $20,000 monthly.
