• Overall IT experience of minimum 10 years with at least 7 years of strong experience working on Manhattan WMOS preferably 2017 version or higher.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle PLSQL.

• Strong verbal and oral communication skills as this role involves extensive client interactions.

• Relocation to the client location is a MUST.

• Awareness of Production Support project workflow.

• Onsite-offshore coordination.

• Ability to handle P1/P2 production support tickets independently.

• Strong knowledge of WMS domain.

• Work upon the enhancement requests
