The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery

• Experience: 12+ years in program management, with a proven background in software development or systems engineering.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read code, understand API integrations, and discuss cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) or system design.

• Tools: Mastery of Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Certifications: PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to lead without formal authority.
