Job Description

Position Title: Service Now HAM PRO Developer

Location :PAN India

WO rate :200k max

B2 and C1 :6 +yrs for B2 and 10 +yrs for C1

Responsibilities:

Strong hands-on experience with Service Now HAM PRO module.

Solid understanding of the Service Now platform architecture and development best practices.

Experience in Service Now configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement Service Now HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.

Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and customizations within the Service Now platform.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management.

Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities, features, and enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.

Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference
