1. 8+ years of experience in QA/SDET in a digital product environment

2. 3+ years of QA Lead experience with managing offshore team

3. Technical background to clearly understand complex business requirements and testing needs of assigned projects

4. Experience testing enterprise digital/web/cloud platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions or integrations involving numerous external vendors and internal teams

5. In-depth knowledge of QA practices, policies and methodologies

6. Experience in Reviewing business requirements/user stories, system documentation, and project assets to create robust, accurate, usable test artifacts (test strategy, test plans, test cases, and automated scripts, reports) to ensure results align with business needs

7. In-depth knowledge in creating and maintaining Quality Assurance documentation including Test Plan, Test Strategy & other artifacts

8. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and work within a hybrid environment

9. Experience in Frontend, Websites, Backend API testing

10. Hands-on Experience with Jira/Zephyr tool set to manage defects, create defect dashboards/reports etc. for various stakeholders

11. Experience in Testing Tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Selenium, Cucumber, Browser Stack and JMeter etc.

12. Hands-on automation experience including definition of automation strategy & using industry-standard tools such as Rest Assured, Selenium and JMeter etc.

13. Experience with SQL Queries to pull data

14. Hands-on experience including definition of load test strategy, model & using industry-standard tools.
