Business Analyst – Transformation

We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive business transformation initiatives by defining business problems, gathering and managing requirements, and delivering value-driven solutions. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with IT strategy, managing risks, and supporting projects and programmes through to delivery while adhering to change and governance standards.

• Managed stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners to drive buy-in and delivery

• Identified and mitigated business risks, ensuring compliance with governance and control standards

• Applied industry-standard BA tools and methods, including Jira and Confluence

• Contributed to BA community development through knowledge sharing and mentoring
