Job Description

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity with Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project, your role as Accounts Receivable Team Lead will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

  • Processing of Billing,

  • Sales, Credit Card, Chargeback and refunds processing

  • Processing Cash Application

  • Account Reconciliations

  • Passing of JVs in Client System

  • Day to day query resolution and timely process escalations

  • Month Closing

  • Meeting SLA

  • Preparation of Dashboard Reports

  • Handling Client Calls / Escalation process

  • Measuring KPI’s

  • Preparation of Business / Process review deck

  • Quality Initiatives

-Assign tasks, monitor workload, and coach team members.

-Track performance and prepare weekly reports.

-Act as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

-Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance.

-Identify automation opportunities and manage risks.

-Handle client calls and manage escalations.

-Drive quality initiatives and process improvements.

Candidate’ profile:

  • Advanced English and Spanish

  • Ability to manage and coach a team, delegate tasks, and monitor performance

  • MS Excel, SAP experience; strong understanding of accounting processes

  • Accuracy, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong communication

  • Prior exposure to Accounts Receivable and team coordination preferred

  • Ability to interpret KPIs and implement corrective actions
