Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

MDM, i

LEVEL and Static Data Management:

• New Deal and Property Setup in the Master Data Management (MDM)

• Update and maintain Deal/Property level iLEVEL upload sheets in valuation models

• Maintain acquisitions/dispositions information in MDM and i Level

• Weekly reconciliation of MDM and i Level for property related static data items

• Quarterly asset level updates of multiple perimeters with latest investment valuations

• Debt securities set-up in MDM using Anaplan models and Chatham reports

• Day to day maintenance of Investment and Property Control forms for new acquisitions and follow-on transactions

### **Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client**

	- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates

	- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations

	- Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client

	- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
