Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

• Design and develop end-to-end automated test scenarios using Java,Selenium,Postman, Cucumber (BDD), REST API, and performance testing tools like JMeter.

• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.

Manual Testing

• Perform exclusive manual testing with ~3–4 years of experience.

• Work on **thick (Desktop)**and thin client (Web UI) applications.

• Conduct Blackbox testing,exploratory testing, and functional/non-functional testing.

Quality Ownership

• Identify, document, and manage defects using JIRA.

• Perform root cause analysis for production defects and update test coverage.

Qualifications and Experience

• Automation: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Quality Automation Testing.

• Manual: 3–4 years of experience in manual testing as described above.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in UI automation using Selenium; exposure to API and performance testing is a plus.

Basic knowledge of Linux, virtualization, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, and networking (TCP/IP) is a plus
