Sailpoint IDN:
Must have relevant experience as developer for Sail Point IDN.
Had good knowledge on Workflows, Identity profiles, PowerShell scripts, lifecycle events etc.
Should have experience in integrating various applications of different types like AD, OUD. Service now, Database type.
Should be able to contribute individually.
Should have experience in data migration and application onboarding.
· Experience in Sail Point Identity Now design (high & low level), architecture and implementations
· Should be able to evaluate an existing Sail Point Identity Now implementation and analyze gaps
· Should be able to suggest best practices in IGA and come out with a roadmap for IGA implementation/upgrade/transformation programs
· Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, cross functional issues
· Integration of Identity Management system with authoritative source & target applications
· Performed integration with at least one authoritative source like People Soft, Active Directory, SAP, Workday, etc. & setup of connectors for application on-boarding
· Implemented automated provisioning/de-provisioning, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self Service password/profile management
· Good understanding of Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, REST/SOAP
· Experience with Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
· Familiarity with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) and RBAC a plus.

The mandatory skill set for this role centers on extensive hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity Now. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Sail Point architecture design, implementation, and administration, with particular emphasis on workflow creation, application integrations, and lifecycle event automation.

A solid background in identity governance standards and best practices is essential, alongside proven abilities in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Familiarity with Java and scripting languages like Bean Shell or JavaScript is required to customize and extend Sail Point functionalities effectively.

Experience integrating Sail Point with authoritative sources such as Active Directory, Oracle Unified Directory, or cloud HR systems like Workday is critical. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for connector development, coupled with database expertise, will strengthen candidate effectiveness.
