Responsável por fornecer expertise funcional, suporte de produção e melhorias contínuas no módulo Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation.

Requisitos do Cargo:

Experiência com Oracle HCM Cloud, com especialização no módulo Compensation.

Sólido conhecimento em estruturas de remuneração, orçamentos, planejamento de remuneração individual e total rewards.

Experiência em configuração do Workforce Compensation (Plan Setup, Components, Eligibility, Approvals).

Habilidade em escrever e modificar Fast Formulas (nível funcional).

Conhecimento em HDL (HCM Data Loader) e OTBI.

Conhecimento em Core HR.
