SAP Plant Maintenance consultant (PM)

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC Plant Maintenance, Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Responsible for development, support, maintenance, and implementation project
  • Thorough knowledge of Plant Maintenance business processes within SAP.
  • Conduct SAP ECC PM/EAM process configuration with high level of expertise.
  • Analyse and solve the SAP ECC PM production issues and carryout RCA.
  • Supporting business user on day-to-day issues & Change Request Process in
    maintenance area.
  • Experience in writing functional requirements / designs. Update and maintain all SAP
  • PM and functional documentation.
  • Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and system Integration and security tests.
  • Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes in
  • SAP.
  • Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions based approach.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC PM, EAM solution capabilities and system configuration.
  • Configuration of master data and be able to guide and train the users on Business
  • Process.
  • Knowledge on SAP ECC PS, MM, FICO and Exposure to Pharmaceutical /
  • Manufacturing industry, CVS & GMP Processes is added advantage,
  • Experience in custom processes, RICEF developments and exposure to BAPIs, User
    exits etc.
  • Strong knowledge of core maintenance concepts and principles and an intimate
    understanding of current trends in this area.
  • Excellent customer handling skills and the ability to win customer trust.
  • Excellent consultancy skills and a pro-active attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
