Role Purpose

Do

- Run multiple full-fledged projects with multiple teams

- Demonstrate excellent time-management and multi-tasking capability

- Build & manage strategic design practice within the studio; introduce new tools, frameworks & best practices focusing on strategy, service design & design phases

- Run sales/strategy activities to create new and rebiz opportunities

- Independently lead projects & accounts; research, strategy, service design & UI/ UX design opportunities

- Drive thought leadership for clients & industry; public speaking, conduct trainings, design courses

- Drive cross-discipline development

- Excel at communication and engagement

- Groom leaders and own development of teams

- Establish rituals for sharing, learning, and collaborating

- Develop strong collaborative and commercial network with other studios

- Set direction for the studio in line with Designit’s strategy
