Solution Architect L1

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled associate with 3–7 years of experience in Cloud / Infrastructure / Digital Workplace Services. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and collaboration skills to work closely with various stakeholders to drive solutioning activities, contributing to RFPs, client workshops, and strategic initiatives. A willingness to stretch, learn continuously, and help drive the organization’s growth is essential. Certifications in cloud platforms or IT architecture frameworks are a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture:

Collaborate and help design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud and infrastructure solutions aligned to customer needs.Prepare solution response artefacts and effort estimates.Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement:

Collaborate with Sales, Bid Management, and Delivery teams during RFP/RFI responses, orals, and customer presentations.Participate in client workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Collaboration & Enablement:

Work with cross-functional teams including service delivery, engineering, and partner ecosystems to ensure solution feasibility and completeness.Support knowledge sharing, reusability of assets, and continuous improvement initiatives.Innovation & Agility:

Stay updated on emerging trends in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Workplace technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, M365, VDI, Intune, etc.).Be agile and ready to stretch beyond core responsibilities to support strategic initiatives and organizational growth.Required Skills & Experience:

3–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and/or Digital Workplace domains.Understanding of modern enterprise IT environments including IT Infrastructure, automation, endpoint management, and hybrid IT.Familiarity with ITIL processes Prior exposure to solutioning, pre-sales, or client-facing technical roles will be a plus
