Role Summary:

Lead strategic Salesforce engagements for banking clients, focusing on commercial lending transformation. Drive business enablement, manage delivery, and ensure alignment with client objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define Salesforce-based digital strategy for banking and lending.

• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

• Oversee solution design and integration with banking systems.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices and frameworks.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Salesforce consulting with BFSI focus.

• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud and n Cino.

• Strong understanding of commercial lending and banking processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
