JD:

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 5+ years in Azure cloud administration.

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Service Now, Dynatrace, and Flexera.

• Proficiency in Dev Sec Ops practices and ITSM frameworks.

• Expertise in monitoring, automation, and configuration management tools.

• Solid understanding of compute, network, storage, and security in cloud environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 support environment and agile teams.

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Go, Shell) for automation tasks.

• Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution in cloud environments.
