Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities (in Detail)

Mandatory

• Strong understanding of Gen AI Tech stack and working experience in end to end implementations of enterprise grade applications.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Tensor Flow, and Py Torch.

• Ability to work with large datasets and knowledge of data preprocessing techniques.

• Strong Backend Python developer

• Experience in applying machine learning techniques, Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision using Tensor Flow, Pytorch

• Build and deploy end to end Gen AI based conversational experience applications with RAG.

• Expert in applying ML techniques such as: classification, clustering, deep learning, optimization methods, supervised and unsupervised techniques

• Optimize model performance and scalability for real-time inference and deployment.

• Experiment with different hyperparameters and model configurations to improve AI model quality.

• Ensure AI ML solutions are developed, and validations are performed in accordance with Responsible AI guidelines & Standards

• Proven ability to apply, debug, and develop machine learning models

• Preferred skill

• Fine tuning of LLMs / SLMs , Agentic AI based implementations

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for complex AI problems.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
