We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to join our innovative team at Wipro Technologies, within the TS - DATA ANALYTICS & AI service line. This role demands a highly skilled professional who will be responsible for steering the development of AI-driven solutions, focusing on the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge AI products that leverage cognitive technologies and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that are scalable, robust, and secure. Evaluate and select optimal frameworks and tools such as Django, FastAPI, and Flask to build maintainable applications that meet business needs. Translate complex functional requirements into clear technical designs and system architecture diagrams to guide development.
• Hands-on Development & Quality Leadership: Develop high-quality Python code optimally aligned with AI cognitive principles and best practices. Conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold standards and mentor peers on efficient coding, debugging, and optimization techniques to ensure superior code health.
• Mentoring and Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers by sharing expertise in AI technologies, problem-solving strategies, and architectural challenges. Foster a culture of continuous learning through pair programming and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.
• End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Oversee complete project lifecycle activities from requirements analysis, collaboration with stakeholders, to deployment. Prioritize technical tasks, manage backlogs effectively, and proactively address project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery of AI solutions.
• Integration and Backend Development: Lead API development (REST/GraphQL) and backend services integration, ensuring seamless connectivity with various databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and caching technologies like Redis. Validate data modeling approaches and API performance to achieve efficient operation and responsiveness.
• Performance and Reliability Engineering: Optimize AI-powered applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Establish metrics and monitoring systems to proactively detect and address performance bottlenecks while implementing robust logging and alert mechanisms to guarantee system stability.

• Product & Solution Development: Lead the end-to-end development of AI products by harnessing modern AI technologies and algorithms tailored to address specific business challenges.
• Critically evaluate AI use cases and product viability to ensure alignment with business goals and customer value creation.
• Devise and implement comprehensive AI development strategies, ensuring integration with broader system architectures and user interfaces.
• Design and build AI models and frameworks customized to solve targeted business problems, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Continuously monitor AI technology trends and introduce innovative techniques to enhance product capabilities.
• Identify root causes of complex technical issues within AI systems and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Manage and delegate development tasks effectively to team members, fostering accountability and alignment with project goals.
• Engage regularly with advisory boards and knowledge forums to incorporate industry best practices and emerging AI developments.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and strategic stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and translating these into actionable technical solutions.
• Provide expert consultation during product design discussions, ensuring customer requirements are incorporated and exceeded.
• Participate actively in client meetings, demonstrating AI product capabilities and gathering valuable feedback to inform iterative improvement.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and business teams to respond accurately and proactively to client RFPs and technical queries.
• Team and Talent Management: Forecast and recruit the right mix of talent to meet current and future project demands, fostering diversity and inclusion in leadership roles.
• Champion comprehensive onboarding, training, and skill development programs for team members to enhance technical proficiency and professional growth.
• Monitor team performance and morale, conducting timely reviews, delivering constructive feedback, and implementing engagement initiatives to maintain high job satisfaction and retention.
