Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to join our GSHR B-School/ CA/Law Campus Hiring Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with campuses to attract top early-career talent. You will design and execute campus recruitment strategies, manage internship programs, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internships and full-time roles through live projects, case study competitions, and direct hiring.

• Manage the new hire lifecycle from initial engagement to offer management, onboarding, and post-onboarding connects.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent requirements and provide market insights.

• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility among students and campuses.

• Organize and participate in campus events such as conclaves, workshops, information sessions, and networking activities.

• Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and diversity objectives.

• Coordinate onboarding and engagement activities for interns and campus hires.

Qualifications:

• Full time MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Campus/University Hiring.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel for campus events as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in employer branding and social media campaigns.

• Knowledge of university ecosystems and student engagement strategies.
