DOMAIN CONSULTANT L2(CONTRACT)

Job Description

Min 5+ years, Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration within enterprise environments
Strong expertise in declarative automation and platform configuration
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and metadata-driven development
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into implementable Salesforce solutions
Experience presenting solutions in business demos and validating outcomes with stakeholders
Experience with VS Code, GitHub for CI/CD, user stories, promotion pipelines, and deployments
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and release lifecycle
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Administrator
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, workflows, and dashboards.
2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex programming language to enhance the functionality of salesforce platform.
3. Implement salesforce lightning components and features to create efficient and user-friendly interfaces.
4. Collaborate within team to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for salesforce projects.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to salesforce implementation or integrations.
6. Stay updated with salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to propose innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements:

1. Proficiency in salesforce development tools such as apex, visualforce, lightning component framework, and salesforce apis. to integration patterns and API-based connectivity
2. Strong knowledge of salesforce lightning framework for developing responsive and interactive user interfaces.
3. Experience in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, data management, and reporting.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in salesforce platform efficiently.
6. Plus if have Hands on experience with Agentforce , Einstein AI or similar conversational AI Platforms
7. Experience in Agile delivery and working with cross-functional teams

Areas of Responsibilities:

Business process analysis

Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Market research & benchmarking

Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies.

Perform cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products.

Optimization Initiatives

Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements, to align with defined business objectives and established best practices.

Technical Documentation

Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure relevant details are accurately captured.

Revenue Growth

Participate and contribute in designing proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions.
