Performance Test Lead

Experience:

  • Minimum work experience: 8-12 Years

General:

  • Ability to understand the NFR

  • Good in creating Test Strategy / Plan

  • Should have tested applications like .NET, JAVA, SAP Web, SAP GUI, MQ etc.,

Scripting:

  • Good hands-on experience with scripting – with tools like Loadrunner, Jmeter, Neo Load etc.,

  • Should have worked with Loadrunner protocols like Web(HTTP/HTML), Web Service, Java, True Client, MQ, SAP GUI & Mobile protocols etc.,

  • Ability to write user defined functions/custom code to automate the script challenges

  • Should have knowledge in Work Load distribution

Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Should have used any of the tools like Wily, App Dynamics, Dyntrace, Splunk, New Relic etc.,

  • Should have worked on Unix/Linux commands like VMSTAT, NMON etc.,

  • Should have written SQL queries and worked on AWR reports

  • Should have done high level analysis of performance issues

  • Should have worked on ALM/PC/QC/JIRA etc.,
