Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot–based REST API Microservices for enterprise applications.

• Lead development activities including requirement analysis, solution design, coding, code reviews, and deployment support.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers, testers, and engineers prior to code deployment.

• Collaborate closely with client teams and offshore teams to ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and issue resolution.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, performance guidelines, and architectural principles.

• Participate in technical discussions related to microservices design, database integration, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Support production releases and troubleshooting with a strong focus on stability and observability.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 6–12 years of hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.

• Minimum 5–6 years of working experience in Java 8, Java 17, or higher versions.

• Minimum 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and API‑based Microservices (Mandatory).

• Minimum 6 years of experience working as a PL/SQL / Oracle DB developer (or equivalent RDBMS tools).

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Datadog for messaging, containerization, orchestration, and log analysis.

• Minimum 6 years of experience using Git, Jenkins, Maven (or other build tools) in CI/CD environments.
